Will Wood & The Tape Worms – Everything Is A Lot (2015 Mix) [2LP]

Will Wood’s first LP displays a variety of genres, with a chaotic homemade anti-folk feel and an experimental edge. Released under the moniker ”Will Wood and the Tapeworms” in 2015, ”Everything is a Lot” whiplashes between genres and emotions rapidly, tying the irreverent to the sentimental with a thrashing experimental feel that reflects the chaos of one’s early 20s. Guttural vocals, edgy lyrics, and honky-tonk piano make this cabaret-punk LP a fitting start to what would become Wood’s ever-changing style.
